I Am Still Running
Running requires much.
Discipline. Focus. Determination. Faith.
I would be lying if I said it was always enjoyable. Pain is present. Boredom creeps up. But when you are in it and I mean really in the belly of it, it is a powerful experience. Pain is dealt with. Boredom fades. You feel alive.
I am not a gifted runner. I have short legs. Marathons will not be won by me. Cross Country was a...

Seasons
I have never feared change. Rather, being stagnant, I believe is a great tragedy. I am an open book. Peace runs over me. My life is Yours.

The Supporting Actor
Sitting in Salt Lake City tonight. Had way too much coffee, and have a lot on my mind. Let’s see what spills out.
I have something to get off my chest. I hope it’s contagious.
I hate surface relationships. They not only annoy me, they puzzle me. It’s just so unappealing. These types of relationships don’t contribute anything to either person. In my opinion they are...

To the beat of a different drum, together
Trends intrigue me. They probably intrigue all of us. I might be overstepping my bounds here, but one could say that a trend is one of the most powerful things in the World. I mean without the power of a trend there would be no Myspace, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Farmville, or Bieber. I guess my hope that I hold onto is that this unbridled power can be used for so much good.
Take a look...
Why Not?
Just was on an amazing tour this past month. Good music and good times were had.
Moved into a new apartment day after I got back. Bought some art. Everything is almost in its right place. Leave on Sunday night for a two week string of shows. Excited and optimistic for what’s to come in all avenues of my life. A new chapter is definitely starting. Hopefully you will hear from me more....

A observation of a guarded life.
Heartbreak, although difficult and excruciating, is not the main thing that we should be afraid of falling victim to. We must come to a place where the fear of mistakes and disappointment is not at the helm. When did we start to buy into the notion that life should be safe and routine? I am not saying we should live with reckless abandon, but greatness will be stifled without some amount of...

I remember when I was in 3rd grade and I went to Wal-Mart (only place within in 30 minutes where you could buy cds) and purchased “What’s the Story Morning Glory” by Oasis. I still have the album to this day and it will always be one of my favorites. It is a little weathered, but still works. I remember the pure excitement of tearing open the impossible packaging and...
